Great mat

The mat is perfect for pastry, bread and pasta making. It’s a bit on the thin side so it could be cut easily if using a knife or pastry cutter too firmly. Otherwise it’s great with the measurements on it, easy to clean, is stable if a bit of water is splashed under it. It was worth’s the $$ to me to have this mat. Since I’m not the neatest cook, I also use it under my cutting boards to catch moisture or pieces of whatever I’m cutting up. It also keeps the boards from sliding on the counter. No snell to it at all. Easy to roll up and store it.

If you bake enriched breads

This mat is a little thicker than the one I previously ordered from another supplier and it didn't move around as much because of that. Dough does not stick to the mat easy to use

This is the greatest thing I have ever reused. In is fantastic for rolling out, though for cinnamon rolls. The dough does not stick to the mat. It lays flat when rolling out though. One of the reasons I liked it was it keeps all the flower when you’re rolling dough out in one place and not over your counter. Iliked the one I bought so much that I bought one for my daughter. She feels the same way I do. It is just an awesome product easy to clean easy to use.
