Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat

So useful!

Ridiculously useful! I’ve used it for cooking (great heat resistance) and to line anywhere that needs a bit of grip. No smell when using it in the toaster oven. It’s very flexible and easy to cut to whatever size you need. And the best part—easy to clean! Stuff comes right off.

Great for lifting the bread out

Lately I have started making my own bread. I make round and loaf style. When I make a round I put this in the bottom of my cast iron Dutch oven with the long tabs flipped over the edge of the pan. Bake, let it cool a few minutes and I can easily lift the bread out and put it on a wire rack to finish cooling. Yes, I still use a pot holder to grab the tabs. Then I put it in the dishwasher to clean and it is ready to go again. Highly recommended. I love anything that makes my job easier.

Can cut to size

I love this silicone roll. I had some half pans for my freeze dryer to use to freeze food them transfer to the big trays. I have found out I can use these half trays also when the big ones are being used. The roll of silicone allowed me to cut inserts for 6 half pans. I also needed to use one in my oven when I was baking something and at 375 degrees it was safe. It says you can use to 400 degrees. It was two pieces of bar b qued chicken so there was some red stain left on the silicone from the bar b que sauce. Not a real issue. These are nice.

Wonderful useful product!

I bought two different sizes to accommodate two different baking sheets. It took me a while to realize that I could just wash and reuse them! A wonderful addition to my kitchen--especially for large scale holiday cooking. A real time saver. Easy clean up too.

No more wasted parchment!

Love this! Gone are the days of trimming parchment paper to fit and then tossing it after use. The bread don’t stick, makes it so easy to put in and out of the pot. Super durable and easy to wash after, nothing sticks to it ever.

Great custom baking pan liner!

This works great! I cut pieces to line numerous baking pans. It also works well to make it a little oversized to press into the curves of pans so it can be used with baking things that have oil/liquid to capture. Super easy to clean.

Love the price and flexibility

This silicone roll is super functional and makes baking so much easier! You know those oddly sized cookie sheets that never seem to fit standard silicone mats? This roll totally solves that problem, you can cut it to fit whatever size pan you’re using. It’s a game-changer if you’ve got a variety of bakeware. The material holds up really well, too. No fraying at the edges like I’ve seen with other mats (that truly can't be safe). This one feels sturdy and reliable. The only downside I’ve run into is with cutting. I make a lot of crackers and use a pizza cutter to score them, and I’ve accidentally sliced through the mat a couple of times. Thankfully, there’s plenty of material on the roll to cut a new one if that happens. Overall, it’s flexible, customizable, and holds up well, just don’t go too wild with the pizza cutter!

Exactly as described

Very high quality product. Highly recommended. I like that I can cut it to the size of my baking sheet. The ones I use in my air fryer are not standard sized. This is perfect. Also I toss it in the dishwasher kind of bent over two slots so it doesn’t pool water. Easy peasy to clean either by hand or in the dishwasher.

don't use nonstick cookware, except for ceramic coated cast iron skillets, because of the toxicity of teflon. So I was looking for a healthier choice for lining pans AND my toaster oven tray. Previously I was using aluminum foil to prevent food from sticking to the tray, and creating a cleaning mess. But, heavy metals like aluminum, when heated, stick to food and go right to the brain! Alzheimer's anyone? So I bought this product to cut a liner for the tray; so far I am pleased--the product is easy to cut, cooking creates no toxic odor, and my tray is protected! It does discolor with use, and will be replaced easily when needed.

Baking and Crafting

I absolutely love the versatility of this silicone mat roll! I've ordered different brands of these several times now for different uses and I have to say, this is one of my favorite brands so far. I wish I would have purchased a larger roll. The non stick silicone is great for a variety of uses. First off, this is a LIFESAVER for cookie sheets and totally reusable. Just cut the sheet to the size of your cookie sheet and place the dough directly on the sheet WITHOUT using any oil or cooking spray and rinse off after use. I store my sheets with the liner still attached. Not only this, but I line my ceramic pots and pans with this when storing, as the sheets also protect anything from getting scratched up. You can also use scraps of this for non skid tabs to keep appliances from shifting while in use. I use small circles on the bottom of my mixer. In my craft room, I always have a roll of this handy. This protects any surfaces from paint, glue, DTF, screenprinting, HTV or craft vinyl, glitter confinement, resin printing... and when you're don't with your projects, you simply roll the sheet up and toss it in the garbage or if it's salvageable, rinse it off and reuse it next time. There are literally tons of uses for this product outside of the kitchen. I wish this was around a LONG time ago. Probably would have saved my kitchen table from the kids artwork years ago. I would definitely purchase this again!

definitely great no stick

I didn’t have high hopes for quality because the price was so cheap. I was pleasantly surprised. The material is thin and easily trimmed with scissors. I have several small odd shaped baking trays/dishes for my convection toaster oven. I cut one to shape for each. They work GREAT! Nothing sticks and the bottoms don’t get over baked which tends to happen with my oven. 10/10 I would purchase again if needed. Though they have held up great and there’s so much on the roll I can’t imagine I would need to!

Great idea; needs improvement

This is a great idea, but the mat really isn't thick (heavy) enough. It's attractive but just a bit flimsy. I love the idea of cutting to size--great for lining my toaster oven tray. I was getting tired of using aluminum foil, which tears when I try to wash it, so that I can't reuse it or even recycle it because I can't get it clean. If the manufacturer comes out with a roll of heavier weight silicone I'd definitely buy it. I haven't used this one in a full oven yet, only toaster oven for 15 minutes or so. Curious to see how it will stand up to heavy-duty baking.

Excellent Purchase

I have used this for 9 inch round cakes, cookies, to hold the plate in my cake taker, and underneath my mixing bowl The cakes came out perfect. The cookies were crispy, which I love. When I take the cake taker in and out of my refrigerator, the cake plate sitting on the silicon doesn’t slide around, which is nice. And when I’m using my mixing bowl with it underneath, it doesn’t spin or slide around which is so nice.

Works Great

I first purchased this about 10 years ago and it works great, I used it to custom cut and line all my baking pans and sheets. I reordered this time because I upgraded my cookie sheets and needed to line them too. I use it to line the microwave plate for easier clean up of spills. It was easy to measure and cut because of the grid printed on it.

Super Handy and Versatile Baking Mat!

Love this silicone baking mat! The 12x6 ft roll gives me plenty of material to cut custom sizes for my air fryer, baking pans, and even as a freezer liner. Thin but mighty

These are made of thin material. Despite that, it performs well in the oven and as an induction cooktop/pan scratch barrier. It will create surface sticktion for mixing bowls. That same trait also seems to attract crumbs like a magnet and makes it difficult to place large sheets flat (without "bubbles" between the sheet and the surface).

Storing these will be a royal pain.

I am hopeful that they work as they should, but storing them in the same manner I've previously used is quite impossible. They stick to them selves, which means they can't be rolled and stored, vertically as I've done with baking mats for years.

Easy Cleanup of Bakeware

I find that even using nonstick bakeware I still end up using oil or butter to grease the pan in order to keep the food from sticking. I like that this silicone roll can be cut to size to fit my various shaped pans.

Decent quality, not too thin

So far it worked nicely. Easy to cut into the shape you need. Not too thin mat. Stains are unavoidable depending on what you cook

I love that these baking sheets are not too thin (not thick, but does not roll up either), AND I can cut them to fit my pans. REUSABLE, WASHABLE. Better than foil in small ovens because you cannot let foil touch the sides of the oven and sometimes it creeps over there despite your best efforts.

While I loved the idea of cutting to size, they stuck worse than my cakes did. It took my husband and I together to get it out of the pan.

Loafalicious

I loved this! It was a bit sticky at first but after a wash it was good to go and held well onto my loaf pan. I was able to make these delicious loafs because of this and made the use of flour obsolete!!!

So far so good. I just got this Silicone Baking Mat. I love that I can make my own sizes. We have some that we use that are precut and they have worked out great too. It's nice having little or nay mess to clean up besides washing off these mats. This mat is a little thinner than out last pre-cuts. I used two in my new air fryer toaster oven combo which I ran at 400 degrees for 25 minutes cooking some dinner.

Perfect. You get a good amount in the roll. I like this silicone sheet better than Teflon sheets for cookie sheets and baking pans. It was a nice touch getting the cutting knife and tape measure too.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I absolutely love this mat roll because I can trim it to my desired size and shape. I like to have a little extra up the pans and unlike parchment paper this really sticks to your pans and will not move or curl. The best part for me is not leakage through the mat. Excellent for rolls and easy to clean.

Nice to have the ability to cut my liner to exact size. Cuts easily. I get a lot of discoloration when using on a pan in my toaster oven for baking and reheating, but I appreciate the reusability factor instead of using aluminum foil. Pretty good product. This cleans and dries quickly.

Great stickiness

This might be the greatest thing ever!! I used the bottom of my pans to trace the size, cut it out and plopped it in the pan. Nothing sticks to it!! It washes beautifully in soapy water. It came with a utility knife and a measuring tape too! A must have!!

Cut to order and no waste

We have a stand up freezer with glass shelves. They are slippery and items are always sliding around. This kit was the solution. The silicone keeps the food items in place. Plenty of light passes through. I like that the kit includes a tape measure as well as a razor knife. The material cuts easily and the gridlines offer a nice guide for straight cuts.

I use for Fusible Web in quilting

I am not using this specifically for baking! They are invaluable for pressing the fusible web for my quilting Appliqué. I use one on the bottom of the fabric, and one on top. It allows my iron to hold the heat, and DOESN"T allow the webbing to stick on my iron OR my ironing board. They are much more reasonably priced than the sheets specifically made for quilting. Work like a charm!

Nice thickness

I have several silicone mats. These are in the middle of thickness of the ones I have. I like that I can cut it to match the size of my pans because I have some that are odd sizes and nothing I can buy fits them. It's a nice thickness and I can throw them in the dishwasher. Love them!

WOW, wish I had know about this earlier. Tin foil is so bad for you. Leaching chemicals into your food. This is incredible. Can use at high heat , wash and reuse. Comes in a roll. Cut to fit pans etc. I’m hooked.

This works perfect for me. I cut it to fit my airfryer. I can also can fit all of my cookie sheets.

As described. Very thin and is reinforced with some fiber material. Cuts easily and I did verify it's heat resistant over 400 degrees F. I bought it to use on our glass top induction range (ONLY use on induction - very heat resistant but it'll burn on any other type.)

Breat for my sourdough Dutch ovens. Easy to cut down to the size needed. My only complaint it isn’t pretty thin and a bit sticky to the touch even after washing.
